Return Goods Authorizations must be approved by the Magnolia Medical Technologies (MMT) customer
service team in strict accordance with this policy before return labels or exchanges will be issued. To
ensure the highest quality standards for our patients, we don’t accept returned products back into stock.
Credits and return labels are only issued for MMT errors, damages, or defects. The information below
details which items are eligible for return and instructions for returning items.
Items Eligible for Return
To be eligible for return, products should be inspected within 45 calendar days of purchase and will
need to meet one or more of the following criteria. The following could be proof of a manufacturing or
shipping error that will be investigated:
- Damages or defects – The product does not perform as expected when used as intended or
there are visible deficiencies in material, manufacturing, or workmanship. - Items that arrived with visible damage to the device or packaging such that it could interfere
with the sterility or structural integrity of the product. - MMT Shipping or ordering errors – what you ordered was not what arrived.
Please Note:
- Credits for returns are provided at MMTs discretion for product that is deemed damaged or
defective. - Credit or replacement product will be issued upon receipt of return and inspection of product at
MMT determined facility within 14 calendar days of receipt. - Investigations for contaminated quality or damage complaints may take up to 45 days to allow
for sterilization if necessary. - If the product is not returned within 90 days of requesting an RGA, your request will be resolved
without credit or exchange.
How to send it back:
- Once your request is processed, you will be given an address to send your product along with
your RGA approval documentation. - Please ensure your RGA approval documentation is affixed to or enclosed with the items you’re
returning to ensure the fastest processing. - Please send confirmation of your return by sending tracking information to orders@maganoliamedical.com.
